Yoga is a journey back to oneself, a practice of self-love, discipline, and devotion. It unites mind, body, and spirit, allowing us to connect with subtle energies and experience our true nature and universal connections.
Sadhana Yoga, a spiritual practice, derives from the Sanskrit for "purposeful effort." Engaging mind, body, and spirit in pursuit of spiritual goals helps surrender the ego, ease suffering, and attain peace.
Our retreat begins with a discussion on Yoga Sadhana and applying yoga philosophy in life. We'll explore body movement and alignment through asana practice, activate inner life forces, and follow with yogic breathwork and meditation to deepen awareness and stillness. The session includes yoga nidra for deep relaxation and concludes with a yogic fire ceremony, chanting mantras for communal well-being.

Andean Cosmovision
Date: N/A
Location: Online/In-Person
Price: $88 - $444
Andean Cosmovision is a practical philosophy from many cultures in the Andes, one of the most sacred places on Earth, the Andes are an energetic cord where many cultures had based their existence and gained cosmic wisdom until these days. There are many sacred stories that have been preserved and shared through oral tradition to maintain and strengthen the connection between humans and Nature and humans and Great Spirit, the source of all.
This way of being has the purpose to ignite a sacred relationship with ourselves and nature, and also to restore our bond with the elements around us in a practical way that enhances our existence and allows us to raise our consciousness as human beings in connection with everything.
Andean Cosmovision is a lense of perception that guides us towards a more harmonious way of living. Based on simplicity, this universal consciousness can be accessed by everyone. By cultivating sacredness into our everyday moments, recognising the immense power that Nature has and pointing towards the direction that we are our own healers, these teachings activate this power within.
Please visit our “Resources” page for an in depth guide on these individual practices.

I offer individual guidance for those who would like to dive deeper into the different layers of their being, identifying patterns, blockages, programs and root cause of stress and pain, applying Andean rituals to liberate these energies and embodying the natural qualities of our pure being without limitations.
My approach for this inner work is through Andean healing rituals, a map of consciousness that allows us to identify the state of our subconscious mind and see where our patterns and programs have been placed, how to transform them and how to integrate forgotten ways of being that are in harmony with all that is.
I have been initiated into the Andean healing art called “Messa”, a sacred altar for shamanic rituals. This altar has been activated by the paqos (shamans) of the Q’ero tribe in Peru, an art that has been passed generation to generation as part of an oral tradition that was almost extinct. The Andean way reminds us of the power of simplicity - the home for peace and contentment, and about the importance of our relationship with everything in life.

Location: N/A

A Cacao Ceremony is an opportunity to explore one of the most sacred plants of the world, known for centuries by many communities in Central and South America for its power to open and heal the heart, alongside many other health benefits to the body, mind and spirit.
The context of a ceremony creates a sacred space for exploration, healing, liberation and empowerment of the self.
During this ceremony we will combine the sacred Cacao plant as a delicious hot drink, sound journey with a variety of organic instruments and storytelling from the Andean traditions, exploring ancient perspectives of consciousness and the multiple ways in which we can connect with simple rituals for healing and wellbeing.

The ceremonial approach to cacao dates back to thousands of years, in areas of northern Peru, where indigenous tribes consumed cacao as a form of prayer to connect to ancestors. Archaeological sites have been found in which there are still traces of cacao and the temples suggest a ceremonial approach to this plant, as many other sacred plants. Nowadays, the ceremony of cacao is held by indigenous groups in different areas of Peru, Mexico and Guatemala. There is a big movement of Cacao Ceremonies happening in the western culture at the moment, and we truly believe it is the plant that wants to travel and provide healing on a global scale. This medicine is a very gentle yet powerful way to heal the heart, come back to self, be authentic and explore nature with a different lense.
We believe all plants are sacred beings, each to their own wisdom and healing powers. We, as humans, we’ve been commuting with these medicines for different purposes since our genesis, and we have forgotten how to relate to plants in a sacred way, especially these days, in which nature has been so industrialized and abused.
-
Part of our service to the plants and to the people, is to be a bridge between worlds, allowing people to explore a personal relationship with these plants, rather than using the plant. Our aim is to preserve the sacred ways of the ancients for the plants to show us the way, the natural way, the way back home.
The cacao spirit is referred to as Mama Cacao, the energies of the mother, powerful, gentle, nurturing and embracive. Her wisdom is a form of pure love, and is what we call upon when we sit with her, intentions of love, healing, forgiveness, remembrance, peace and joy.
-
The context of a Ceremony is the creation of a safe and intentional space for exploration, healing, liberation and empowerment of the self, this is what we call sacred space, invoking subtle energies to work with us, such as guidance from all directions, elements, plant teachers and any spiritual teachers and light beings that the attendee might want to work with.
Through guided inner exploration, the power of intention and the ceremony itself, we can enter into a personal and collective space in which we can transcend many of our limited thoughts and beliefs so we can remember our essence and its true purpose.
During our ceremonies we will share some of the foundations of the Andean wisdom, using the art of story telling to continue to pass this authentic oral tradition that can have a very positive impact in the way we are living and relating with all.
